Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to text messages sent by River Region Digital about its digital services. By checking an SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive only the type of messages described next to that box. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing a service.

Message types

Non-marketing messages: If you opt in, we may text about your audit request, appointment scheduling, or customer support.

Marketing messages: If you separately opt in, we may send recurring messages about River Region Digital’s digital services, occasional promotions, and offers. Non-marketing consent does not enroll you in marketing messages.

Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in River Region Digital’s SMS program. By checking an SMS consent box, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Frequency, rates, and help

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and from you. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to 334-651-0731. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, sign up through our form as you did the first time. For help, reply HELP, email riverregiondigital@gmail.com, or call 334-651-0731. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery and privacy

We use service providers to deliver and manage messages for us. We do not sell mobile phone numbers or share SMS consent or opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
